NEXT SEASON

SO while looking on the web to see when Season 6 would be starting I found some news that makes me really sad - Season 6 will be the final season of Nip/Tuck FOR GOOD!
They are splitting up the season like they did this year, it will be a combined 19 episodes to air between 2010-2011.

This was found on the Hollywood Reporter:
July 15, 2008 FX has ordered 19 additional episodes beyond the current 22-episode season that will mark the plastic surgery drama's final season. Asked why he decided to bring "Nip/Tuck" to an end, Landgraf said he doubts any FX drama would ever run beyond 100 episodes, saying that serialized dramas have a much different storytelling model than nonserialized shows such as "Law & Order" or "CSI."

The show will end its run with a total of 100 episodes in early 2011, with creator/executive producer Ryan Murphy signed on through the last episode.
That was one of several announcements that FX president/GM John Landgraf made Tuesday morning during the network's presentation at the Television Critics Assn. press tour at the Beverly Hilton.

Asked why he decided to bring "Nip/Tuck" to an end, Landgraf said he doubts any FX drama would ever run beyond 100 episodes, saying that serialized dramas have a much different storytelling model than nonserialized shows such as "Law & Order" or "CSI."

"If you tried to do 150 episodes of 'The Sopranos,' you would begin to diminish the quality of those shows," he said. "The David Chases ('Sopranos') and Shawn Ryans ('The Shield'), they're taking on social commentary and grand sweeping questions. If we want to go after that brass ring, we have to accept they have limited shelf life."

Landgraf also said the network's recent decision not to pick up Murphy's transsexual drama "Pretty/Handsome" was not related to Murphy's staying on with "Nip/Tuck."

I AM SO SAD & MAD! I guess Nip/Tuck will just have to live on through reruns hopefully. I do have to say I am still excited for the next season even though I have to wait about a year. I can't wait to see how they will end my favorite show EVER on T.V.

Julia McNamara

Julia McNamara is defiantly the central woman figure on the show that both Sean & Christian Long for wondering who will come up with the prize of being with her forever.

AS said before Julia is Sean's wife of 17 years. In college right before her and Sean got married she had sex with Christian just once and that led to her getting pregnant. She had Matt and did not test to see if the baby was Christian's for 17 years. When Sean found out Julia moved out and in with her Mother Erica who loved nothing more than to put her down. Her and Sean ultimately get the divorce and she opens up her own Spa with one of Christian's ex-flings trying to get a fresh start on life. She had flings with two men in between Jude a young doctor and Quintin one of Seans's partners and the infamous Carver.

She finds out she is pregnant and it is Sean's baby. The baby's name is Connor who is going to have a deformity of the hands. Julia decided to remarry Sean because it would be the best to be together for Connor. They hire a male dwarf nanny to help care for him and Julia ends up falling in love with him. She starts and affair and ultimately at the end of Season 4 leaves Sean for him but then changes her mind and moves to New York with Annie and Connor.

Recently in Part 1 of Season 5 we found out that Julia has now become a Lesbian. She met her partner Olivia in New York City. They move back to L.A. where Julia has a fling with Christian again to get it out of her system.Then when she found out about Olivia's daughter Eden is having sex with her ex husband she becomes enraged and yells telling her not to see him again. Eden gets mad and begins to poison Julia's fruitcake with Mercury. She gets very very sick and realizes it is because of the fruitcake Eden gave her. She confronts Eden and to end it all Eden decided to shoot her in the head. SHE DIDN'T DIE! She had retrograde amnesia and is trying to remember the night of the shooting. Olivia ended up dying on the operating table because she failed to say she was on anti depressants because she knew Eden tried to kill Julia. Julia left for New York and we haven't seen her since.

Hopefully she'll be back for season 6 to see if she starts anything with Sean or Christian again. Also I wanna see what Connor looks like!

Sean McNamara

The more straight laced doctor on Nip/Tuck ( that is till this season) Sean Mcnamara played by Dylan Walsh.

With all 5 Seasons so far, Sean has always been the skilled and troubled surgeon. He started off in season one with a great family. Julia his wife and his two children Matt and Annie. Then he has an affair with the Patient Megan O'Hara who is a breast cancer survivor and left her husband for Sean. Her cancer returns and Sean stays with her when she decides to commit suicide. At the funeral Julia realize he had an affair with her and becomes devastated.Soon after than Sean found out that Matt was not really his son but in fact his best friend/partner's son Christian.

Sean and Julia decided to get a divorce because of the fighting and then Julia became pregnant with their second child Connor. Connor has a rare hand deformation that caused his fingers to be stuck together. Sean ends up doing a surgery on one hand to repair it so he has a normal life.

Finally most recently in season 5 Sean has been up to a lot. He started working on the show Hearts N Scalpels. He starts a relationship with with a former fat actress, Kate. Then he started a new infatuation with Julia's new gf's daughter Eden. She is only about 18. He decided to propose to Kate but it didn't last and he ended up pursuing Eden. Out with her one night he took Ecstasy and ended up in the hospital where Christian and Julia learned all about it. Then his "agent" Collen becomes overly attached to Sean. She ends up killing a rival agent who wants to represent Sean. WE come to find out she is not an agent at all but sells Teddy Bears. Sean fires her and she attempts to kill Sean on the Finale of Season5 part 1. She stabbed him in the back when he was working on his daughter Annie in the emergency room. She dragged him too a room but Sean got the courage to kill her and save his life.

The start of second part of Season 5 Sean was in a wheelchair because of it. He felt as though he could not do anything but we can see that he is able to start a steamly relationship with Teddy. Can't wait to see what he does with Season 6!

SEASON FINALE

WOW GOOOOD ENDING!!!!!!!

First it was funny that Ram doesn't want Kimber any more and now loves Eden. I guess that is just karma for Kimber. Then when Matt told her Christian was getting married to Liz her reaction was priceless. She thought it was a joke it was like how could her one true love be marrying a Lesbian. Kimber only wanted Christian I think because she knew he was dying and wanted his money in the end.

I CANT BELIEVE she tried to talk Liz out of it. She was being so mean basically saying that Christian only wants her to take care of him when hes dying and that she looks ugly in the mirror. It was so mean but Kimber deserved it for when she was mean to him when she saw his cancer scar. And Christian wants to be frozen till there's a cure for cancer, weirdo!

Um Teddy has a secret double like in Vegas. SO weird but then again I could see that coming. I can believe she got married either when she told Sean that she would never leave him - then she kills the guy with the laughing gas she gets high off of! How f-ed up is that. It seems like she is just a con-artist and if she kills Sean OMG I do not know what to do.

The Wedding was good and cute despite the fact that Kimber tried to ruin it. I thought it was funny how Matt yelled at her to sit down. I loved how Christian still said he would marry Liz and that his vows were really simple. It was good that they were leaving in the end to go to Italy but who saw it coming .... CHRISTIAN ISN'T DYING!!!! I cant believe a doctor messed that up but now I feel bad for him because he def does not want to be married to Liz for the rest of his life he really wants Kimber.

I cant wait to see how next season turns out. Ill still be on putting up bios of characters and see if I hear any news about them.

Episode 21: Allegra Caldarello

HOLY CRAP! that is all I have to say about this episode. That new doctor was a freak - he had sex with furniture! ha I thought that is was strange the way he kept talking about the type of furniture Christian had in his office during the interview but I didn't think he would start to have sex with the couch when he was with himself. I have to say it was funny though how he named the couch and stuff. The guy was weird and it was sooo funny when Sean & Christian caught him in the act PRICELESS!!!! but then i thought it was over when he got fired and then he started to bang the operating table WTF! soo weird and my friend thought he was cute - awkward.

Well I am glad that Sean decided to calm down with Teddy a bit because of Christian being sick. Its so cute how much he cares about him and is going to miss him when he is gone! Also I am so glad that Sean does not get high off the laughing gas like she does - I think Sean would be better without her she is totally going to leave him even though she said she wont.


AND LIZ GOT PLASTIC SURGERY! That was nuts I cant believe she got a breast reduction and liposuction it was weird. She looked good in the wedding dress though I defiantly liked it. Oh and he mom what a b-i-t-c-h. She just was so mean to her and her Lesbian friends I felt so bad for her and was glad that Liz dis invited her to the wedding!

And how could I almost forget pussy lips was back haha. That was weird though how since her husband was dying he wanted to find a new husband for her and was willing to give her plastic surgery to look better - just weird he is like pimping her out to some young guy to but sad cus hes dying.

That was good. GREAT EPISODE

OK WTF the Season is over next week! what am I going to do without my nip/tuck!

Episode 20: Budi Sabri

OKAY so i got two predictions right .. and the one that I DIDNT WANT TO BE RIGHT .. was right CHRISTIAN ONLY HAS 6 MONTHS TO LIVE!!!!!! its soo sad

aside from that sad news this episode was really eventful. Christian proposed to Liz and brought her back which was really really good. I'm sad though because I think he only did because hes dying and wants her to take care of him.

Also thought it was interesting how they had the guy who looked like the real life "Tree Man" that was kind of cool. But sad cus the warts kept growing back! AND sean tripping on some wierd tribal drug in the middle of the desert was hilarious. Who would of thought to see him like that and throwing up everywhere. That was great but its like Teddy is making him loose his mind!

Episode 19: Manny Skerritt

So many of my predictions for this episode were right!

The new anesthesiologist Teddy, of course, likes Sean. Just as I predicted. I actually think this might be good for Sean to loosen up a little bit. Shes defiantly going to be good for him and bring so more interest and drama to the show. Sean was acting like a "rebel" with her when he took the pictures of that guys huge penis. Which was so unlike Sean and I thought that was different to see from him.

I was right again! Sean is actually contemplating doing this crazy movie about himself. Honestly, I can't blame him though if hes going to get a ridiculous amount of money out of it .. its totally worth it. I did not like how much Aidan changed what actually happened to Sean though. SOOOO unbelievable he needs to stick to the facts , that has enough drama he doesn't need to add more.

OK so I got one prediction wrong ... Christian actually let Kimber do plastic surgery on Jenna! I mean to be honest I thought the whole episode that Kimber just did it and that Christian never knew. But to find out at the end that he actually helped with it shocked me. He seemed remorseful after in the last scene but that still doesn't change what he did. And sadly .. Christian and Kimber are not getting back together.

PREDICTIONS FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE IN 10 MINUTES!!!!
Ok ill make this quick

-Christian is def going to propose to Liz and have her come back to L.A. which is a must

-Sean and Teddy are obviously going to stay together for a while and keep doing ridiculous things.

-I do not believe that Christian has only 6 months to live it just can not be it makes me really sad = ( I LOVE CHRISTIAN!!!

Predictions for Episode 19

Its TONIGHT!!! We've waiting a whole week but finally it is Tuesday and at 10 tonight on FX we will be able to watch a brand new Nip/Tuck.

Here are some of my thoughts on what is going to happen.
In the preview they show Sean interviewing a new anesthesiologist. She seems like a bit of a "bad girl". It seems like Sean was interested and maybe a love interest could spark from there. Maybe Christian isn't the only doctor who can have sex with an anesthesiologist! ; )

And I can not believe that the crazy actor from "Hearts n Scalpels", the show that Sean ended up being a star on during the beginning of this season is coming back. To be honest I don't remember his name but I can't believe he wants to make a movie of the horrible tragedy Sean had to go through with his crazy ass "agent". I think Sean is honestly going to end up letting them do the movie but well see.


Kimber, Kimber, Kimber ... now I always loved her but I have to say recently not to fond of how she is treating Christian! First Sean denies sex with him which was a shocker because of his breast cancer scar (so shallow Kimber!) and now she is trying to give her daughter who is only around 2 or 3 plastic surgery .. is she NUTS! ( I mean we all know she is but who would have thought she would go that far). I think Christian is defiantly not going to let her have any operations done on Jenna. I kinda hope Kimber and Christian get back together though .. they were perfect for each other!

Nip/Tuck websites

While waiting for a new episode to come on seems like forever. If your like me it isn't enough to get just one fix of Nip/Tuck a week. I need more than that! Since I've been watching the show between episodes there have been some websites I look at during the week to keep me in touch with Nip/Tuck.

They truly have everything that you ever have wanted to know about Nip/Tuck from episode guides, character bios, quotes, and anything else you can think of. It is a great site

If you ever miss an episode of Nip/Tuck (which hopefully won't happen!) but if it does there are some great sites you can go to that will let you watch last weeks episode. Some of the sites are tv.org , easynews.com, and of course FXnetworks.com. FX has now chosen to let people watch full episodes of Nip/Tuck online.

Now the last page I want to tell everyone about is directed towards people who have Facebook. I am an avid facebooker myself and usually am on it once a day. There is an application on Facebook called " Addicted to Nip/Tuck". I LOVE everything about the application from talking about old and new upcoming episodes, a discussion board to watch with people around the world about the best show ever!, and SO much more you need to check it out! My favorite part of it however, is the Nip/Tuck trivia. I could sit there for hours and see how many questions I know about Nip/Tuck. It is so much fun and the great thing about it is that the fans are the ones who post the questions. I was even allowed to put a question in myself. Defiantly check out the Facebook application if you can!

Christian Troy

Since we still have one day left till the next episode,I thought I would write a little bit about one of my favorite characters Christian Troy. I will just give a little back round on him and what he has been up to the past couple episodes.

Christian Troy can be described as a narcissistic, womanizer who always gets what he wants. He was part of the best plastic surgery team in Miami, before moving to L.A. with his partner Sean at the end of season 4. Although Christian does only care about himself when it comes to women and sex, he does have a soft spot for his family. He would do anything for his partner and best friend Sean, his ex-lover and mother of his child Julia, his son Matt, his adopted son Wilbur, and long time friend and recent lover Liz Cruz.

Most recently what Christian has been up to in season 5 is like I said before moving to L.A. from Miami. Him and Sean found it hard at first having almost no clients. They were convinced that they would gain more patients by becoming medical consultants on a medical TV drama. Sean ended up becoming a main character on the drama, as well as bringing new business. Christian was left in Sean's shadow. Something he had never experiences before. This made Christian way more vulnerable in part 1 of season 5.

Most recently Christian found out that he had breast cancer. He had the tumor removed and had a hard recovery at the beginning of the season. Liz was there to comfort him the whole time. They ended up having a fling, which ultimately ended when Christian got his new peck implant and started going back to his womanizing ways. Now Liz said she is moving back to Miami. One can only guess how Christian is feeling. Will he follow Liz? Will he simply just keep moving on to new girls every night? We can only wait and see!

Episode 18: Ricky Wells

Sorry! I'm two days late with this post but WOW i was impressed with this past episode. I have to say I thought that part two of season 5 would be a lot better than it has been. The first episode this season was not very impressive. It has started to pick up again though. I don't know about anyone else but I am still so confused with the Christian and Liz relationship... I mean shes a LESBIAN! How can her and Christian be getting together? I'm glad that this episode it seems that Christian is back to his old ways. And he is looking goood ; )

LIZ IS LEAVING! that was a huge shocker to me. I mean yeh she had a thing for Christian but I didn't think that she would leave once he started having sex with every girl he saw. I just thought she would be pissed and not talk to him again. She can not really be going back to Miami! That would make me so upset because she is a huge part of the show!

I'm also wondering if now that Raj's hand is messed up ( that part was absolutely disgusting and make me scream out loud! ) if he will be completely gone from the show. Honestly I hope so because I feel bad for Matt. He is finally being normal again, not doing drugs, gay porn, or being with Kimber and he just wants to be close to Sean!

OK last thing I want to say ... now are the writers going to keep putting in those stupid random flashbacks/forwards of the patients. I hated the one last week with the "pussy lips" character becoming a rapper and seeing her video and now this week we had to watch the creepypedophile teacher and her student. Although I saw it coming that she was going to have sex with the younger brother.
